Stryi Carving ToolsStryi was the first Ukrainian manufacturer of carving tools and have been in business for 10+ years. Their tools are made in a small shop in the town of Stryi by a small team of craftsman. Most of the tools are made from W1 7 carbon steel, hardened to 60 to 62 Rc. The handles are made from oak and finished with linseed oil. These tools hold their edges very well and are shipped sharp and ready to carve. Styri have told us that they are still operating
